Meet Shraddhey Bhandari, known as Shrey, a dynamic Data Analyst at Ayla Solutions and also our jack of all trades. Having a hand in a diverse range of projects, Shrey is fuelled by his passion for visual aesthetics which can be in the form of; a dashboard, educational video or even a website, all of which are driven by data analysis.
What are your aspirations and goals within the organisation?
My goal within the organization is to continue leveraging my diverse skill set to contribute meaningfully to our projects. I aim to stay up to date with the latest technologies and methodologies in data analysis, particularly furthering my expertise in Business Intelligence tools and SQL. I believe that this will help me add more value to the company.
Shrey has put his web development skills to good use on projects like Ahinsa Australia and the Kota Cancer Society, where he has delivered some fine website redesign. In addition to this, his creative flair has led to some amazing social media initiatives to help lift their online presence. He has also been working on a few Power BI projects whereby crafting intricate, yet meaningful dashboards for clients across Australia. In his quest to acquire more knowledge, Shrey has also been collaborating with another team member to experiment upon the creation of an AI powered chatbot for Ayla Solutions, and is a solution we aim to deliver to potential clients in the foreseeable future.
Based on your experience so far, can you outline some accomplishments and tell us more about what you learned?
One of my biggest accomplishments at Ayla Solutions is the meaningful work that I am called upon to deliver. Furthermore, being able to put forward initiatives like the AI chatbot and posting our findings in a vlog for the company gives a sense of pride and fulfillment. That will hopefully catch on and we will hopefully be able to deliver this as a solution to clients. I can see how much a tool like this would help companies and specially their employees.
What new projects would you like to delve into?
At the moment, I am eager to get my hands on some more Business Intelligence projects that requires the development of dashboards, to keep up with the momentum and become an expert in this field.
